Produced for WAMU 88.5, Washington’s NPR station

Earlier in 2019, I decided to challenge my storytelling capabilities by diving into the world of audio production. My first opportunity was with WAMU 88.5, Washington D.C.’s NPR station, where I interned for four months. I learned a completely new set of skills, including editing tracks with Adobe Audition and recording with a Zoom H5N. My story coverage ranged from Usher and Jay-Z’s investment in a local food delivery service to Virginia communities that are cracking down on teen tobacco use.
